Where Words Have Wings 

RED PONY CHAPBOOKS are small literary collections of poetry, fiction and creative nonfiction (memoir).  The perfect size for passing around, tucking into your spouse's purse or briefcase, or slipping into a friend's gift. Leave them at local coffee shops, or waiting rooms. These small chapbooks pack a powerful literary punch and are short enough to read on trains, planes and buses.  

Red Pony is dedicated to discovering the best imaginative works from both emerging and established poets and writers. Chapbooks showcase a themed sample of your poems and writing, and include both published and non-published works. 

Submissions will be open December 1, 2024,  through April 1, 2025. 

Guidelines for the Red Pony Chapbook Competition will be available soon.  

First, second and third place winners as well as a select number of finalists will be chosen for publication in 2025.

Red Pony gives a portion of the proceeds to a nonprofit of the author's choice.  A wonderful way your chapbook can make an impact.
